2. What data we process
On the website: data you provide in forms (name, email, phone, company, role, message) and minimal technical access data (IP address, browser, pages visited), recorded in security logs.
On the platforms: registration and payment data (processed by a payment provider; we do not store card data), usage data (text interactions, answers, documents produced, feedback) and, on GolfEvo, videos with your image. On Beatriz, speech is converted to text in your browser; we do not record audio.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive data and ask that you do not enter it. We do not offer services to minors under 18.
3. What we use it for
To respond to your requests (demonstration, proposals, pilots, contact); to provide the contracted service; to generate feedback and measurements of your own use; to comply with legal and tax obligations; to ensure security and prevent fraud; to improve the method with aggregated and anonymized data.
Legal bases: performance of a contract and preliminary procedures; compliance with a legal obligation; legitimate interest (security and improvement, with minimization); consent, where the law requires it — for example, for marketing communications and for the use of videos in the general improvement of the models. You may withdraw consent at any time.
4. Who we share it with
With the processors necessary for the provision of the service, bound by contract: cloud hosting, AI model providers, payment provider, email and form services. We do not sell personal data. We do not share individual interactions with employers or contracting parties, except with your specific consent or a lawful provision in a contract, and always at an aggregated level.
Some processors process data outside Brazil; in those cases, we adopt the safeguards provided for in the LGPD for international transfers.
5. For how long
Website form data: up to 12 (twelve) months after the last contact, unless a purchase is made. Platform usage data: during the term and for up to [TO FILL IN] months after termination, for accountability and the defense of rights; afterward, deletion or anonymization. Security logs: 6 (six) months, in accordance with the Marco Civil da Internet (Brazilian Internet Civil Framework).
6. Your rights
Confirmation of the existence of processing, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion, portability, information about sharing, withdrawal of consent and objection. You may also file a petition with the ANPD (Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados, the Brazilian data protection authority).
7. Security
We adopt proportionate technical and administrative measures: encryption in transit, access control, data isolation per user, access logging, sample review of interactions for security and compliance, and contracts with processors. No system is infallible; in the event of an incident with relevant risk, we will notify you and the ANPD as required by law.
